                                                                         QUALITY POLICY
 
In line with its mission, vision and values, Kayseri University; It adopts a quality policy based on cooperation with stakeholders and continuous improvement in order to train manpower with high professional and ethical knowledge, skills and competence, to develop institutional capacity and cultural infrastructure, and to contribute to the development of the region and country with research and development activities and projects produced.
 
The university's education, research and development, social contribution and management system policies are determined as follows;
 
 
Education-Teaching Policy
 
    To raise preferred graduates who can adapt to global changes and have high professional and ethical knowledge, skills and competence.
    To continuously improve education and training processes with the participation of stakeholders and a student-centered approach.
    To ensure the adoption and sustainability of the aims and outputs of education programs and their compliance with national and international standards in the institution.  
 
It is essential that these principles, which are adopted in education with an understanding of education everywhere, at any time and under all conditions, be realized and maintained in formal/distance/co-education models.
 
 
Research and Development Policy
 
    To continuously improve research and development outputs in quality and quantity.
    To support interdisciplinary, innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented research that strengthens university-industry-public cooperation.
    To ensure the dissemination, use and commercialization of results obtained from research and development activities.  
 
 
Social Contribution Policy
 
    To conduct research and produce projects that will contribute to the economic and social development of society and the region in cooperation with stakeholders.
    To contribute to economic and social development by training graduates with high professional and ethical knowledge, skills and competence with an application-oriented education-training approach.
    To ensure the use of the information produced for the benefit of society.  
 
 
Management policy
 
    To be a higher education institution focusing on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
    To turn quality into corporate culture by developing a sense of belonging with a participatory management approach.

Internationalization Policy
 
In today's economic, social and political environments, where global relations and competition are rapidly increasing and changing, the relations of countries in their geographies and their contributions are becoming extremely important. Acting with the mission of being application and project oriented, integrating with the business world, contributing to regional development and creating social benefit by training qualified manpower, and the vision of being a leading and exemplary university in this context, Kayseri University aims to provide international students, especially from countries with cultural and geographical proximity to Turkey. It aims to create opportunities for education and to contribute to our country's global power, especially regional. In this context, Kayseri University is aware of the need to carry out education, research and development and social contribution activities without ignoring the internationalization dimension; It aims to increase corporate quality and capacity at the international level with the number of international publications and citations, the number of projects carried out through international collaborations, and the mobility of faculty members and students. In this regard, by increasing the recognition of the university on a global scale, the qualifications of faculty members and students will be improved, both by being more demanded by international students and faculty members and by increasing international mobility.
 
Since the establishment of Kayseri University; It aims to raise graduates who are qualified to meet international expectations with education programs created and constantly updated by taking into account the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ), with Turkey being included in the restructuring of the European higher education field (Bologna Process) studies.
 
In order to achieve these goals, the University adopts the following policies towards internationalization in line with the Internationalization Strategy Document in Higher Education and the KAYU 2020-2024 Strategic Plan:
 
    To increase the university's recognition on international platforms and to become a regional center of attraction, especially in vocational and technical higher education
    Increasing the number of bilateral agreements to expand international mobility,
    To increase the number of international students and faculty members,
    To increase the number of students and faculty members benefiting from international exchange programs,
